Relight of the Unreal underground scene you can find on the marketplace.
I wanted this time to go for the kind of lighting you find in the first two Bioshock games, with the mix of green and yellow lights, although I wanted to make it a bit less stylized and saturated than in the game. The challenge here was to be able to use these colours while still making sense. I also focused on highlighting some parts to guide the player (the different entrances, the arcade and the posters which I imagined could be a clue in a game).
As usual, I used a mix of dynamic and static lighting, using dynamic lights where I imagine the player would go and baked lights for the rest. I also made use of IES profiles to give a more believable look to the light emitted by the neons.
